Craig from a Heat-it was in touch within a couple of hours on a cold damp Saturday afternoon. He talked me through how to reset the boiler which was an instant fix. Friendly, courteous and helpful, there was no charge for his time on the phone but I would have gladly paid for the phone call that fixed my issue so quickly.
