Yes, we have a team of professionals who we can call upon, ensuring you are in trusted hands, whatever your home project or needs.
Sometimes the pressure dips on your boiler and this can cause it switch off or sometimes your central heating will make a banging noise. Check the pressure guage on your boiler control, if the pressure is less than 1 bar, fixing this can be relatively simple
- Your boiler will normally have a filling loop underneath, carefully use the valve to increase the pressure to between 1 to 1.5 bar.
- Once topped up, you might have to reset your boiler, check your manufacturer’s guide on how to do this.
- If the pressure keeps dropping on your boiler this might be an indication of a fault on the boiler or leak on the system, a Gas Safe Registered Engineer can check this out for you.

We will ask if anyone in your home has Covid symptoms, self-isolating, shielding or vulnerable.
Our team will always follow the latest guidance and will:
- Sanitise or wash their hands before, during and after our visit.
- Wear face masks and disposable gloves.
- Keep at least 2m distance from you at all times.
- If your project requires more than one Engineer, they will only come together for the specific tasks that require two people eg two-man lift.
In the event of an emergency, if someone in the property has Covid-19 symptoms or test positive for Covid-19, our Engineer will also wear a cover-all suit.
Where possible, we would suggest opening doors and windows to ensure good ventilation. We encourage everyone in your home to stay in another room, where possible, when our Engineer is working.
